FAQS About Curls Curly

1. How many extensions do I need for a full head?

Each thick bundle contains 10pcs which is enough for a full head, especially for small/medium heads.

2. Can I straighten the 'Curls Curly' extension?

Technically, YES. But we do not recommend, because our 'Curls Curly' has been steamed processed to achieve these beautiful curls and extreme heat can cause loosening of the curl pattern we created.

3. How to wash and daily care for 'Curls Curly' extension?

With curly hair its best to do co washes! Group your clip-in set together holding onto the clips on the weft & wet your extensions under the sink with lukewarm water until completely wet. Add 2-3 pumps of shampoo and gently distribute the product in a circular downward motion, massaging into strands and avoiding scrubbing the hair to prevent damage. Also, using a brush, brush conditioner through hair will help to define the curls.

4. How to take care of 'Curls Curly' extension? ( if take frequent showers)

Although clip-ins are versatile, we do not recommend showering your hair with the clip-ins installed to avoid a big tangled mess. We recommend  you shower as normal with a shower cap to prevent getting the extensions wet. Try not to add shampoo to your hair with the clip-ins installed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
