General
🔥 Due to increased demand, please allow up to 2 days for order processing. Our team is committed to delivering your products within 1 business days. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 11am PST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 11 am PST, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Shipments go to 3-5 business days if it is a sale or holiday season. Unless stated otherwise.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your item(s) is shipped. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
If any additional information is needed to verify the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed until the information has been verified. It is crucial that you input all of your billing/shipping information correctly.
We use DHL/FedEx/USPS/TNT/RPX/EMS on all orders.

2. Courier Fee
The shipping fee is $10~$25 varying from the products' weight and the destination.
US, Canada, Australia | $8 -$19 |

95% of our packages can be delivered on time. But sometimes, the exact delivery time is affected by the validity of the address you left, the carrier’s distribution network, the local customs inspection, the local weather and so on. A few of the packages will be a little delayed by these factors and I hope you can understand it. If you have a requirement in the delivery time, please leave a message in our special request box or contact us directly.
Attention:
As the DHL and FedEx cannot ship the package to military address or P.O. Box address, please leave your physical address and your phone number when you make an order.
If you only have the military address or P.O. Box address, we can use post office to ship it but need at least 15 business days to receive it. It will be delivered to your mailbox and please pick it up in time to avoid missing it. Please leave a message if you choose EMS Express.
Before checking out, please check carefully if your address is right as the PayPal address will become your default address if you pay with PayPal.
In each description section you will find (4B-4C) numbers referring to the curl pattern. If you are trying to match your natural texture match your natural curl number to the curl number in the description. If you are trying to go for a new look, go for the texture that matches your desired style!

That is a very common thing. For clip-ins, look at your hair as a whole and pick the DOMINANT curl pattern and go for the texture that matches that.

In each product section you will see " View Length Guide" referring to the size.
You can also measure at the nape of your neck to see where the hair falls, this will be the longest layer. Next, measure right above the ear, this will be the middle layer. Last, measure where you want your part, this will be the shortest layer.

1. About Our Hair
The hair has ❤️minimal shedding. Just like your own hair, combing the hair while it is soaking wet is best. While the hair is wet, add a generous amount of detangling conditioner or detangling leave-in conditioner. Make sure the conditioner you chose has AMAZING slip to make the detangling process as gentle, easy, and effortless as possible. Your hair (and arms) will thank you for it!
You can bleach or dye your hair to your desired tone. It is recommended to dye the hair prior to installation (it's much easier that way). Always do a strand test before dying the whole clip-in unit.
Our hair is just like your own hair, altering the color may result in damage. Hair dye and bleach is designed to break down the hair cuticle (this is how the hair is able to change color) and lift out the natural color and deposit the new color, so the lighter you go the weaker the hair strand will become. When the hair is weaker it is susceptible to a weaker curl pattern and might alter the health of the hair.

For our clip-ins, each thick bundle contains 10pcs which is enough for a full head, especially for small/medium heads.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Yes, all the hair on our website can be bleached.
However, keep in mind when you color curly hair very light you will suffer hair loss and loss of curl pattern. The same occurs with our natural hair as well because you are removing melanin and proteins from the hair. If you do color the hair, we recommend having a professional do it. We also recommend lifting the color slowly with a lower developer (20).
Do not process with a dryer because the heat will help to relax it. Keep in mind that you will need to provide extra care to the hair after bleaching it, such as weekly deep conditioning treatments.
Yes, you can swim with our hair. However, we highly recommend you wear a swim cap to protect salt water from taking all the moisture out of the hair, or it will cause tangling.
As our hair is 100% human virgin hair 😍, it will shed and tangle like our own hair. The slight shedding is normal and will not affect your wear. In order to get the longest wear from your extensions, care for these curls like your own hair.
The life expectancy of the hair is solely dependent on the care and daily routine you provide to your hair. Please avoid chemical harm or heat harm.
If well maintained, our hair can last 5-6 months for daily installation. If you have a professional stylist help you maintain your hair regularly, it will last more than one year. (some of our customers who have the experience to last our hair more than two years with better maintenance themselves.)
Yes, you can. Just keep in mind that these curls, just like your own, are susceptible to heat damage and breakage.
Avoid excessive heat and while using heat styling tools always use a heat protectant. When using your heat styling tool, we do not recommend going higher than 400 ℉.
Our clip-in extensions are perfectly safe: the clip-ins are temporary and do no harm when applied and taken out each day.
2. Shipping and Returns
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully). If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team.
Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on the relative websites.

To receive a full refund of your order, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and/or before we ship out the order (whichever comes first).
If the hair has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order (even if it is within the 24 hour time frame).

At this time Urcrownhair’s Curls offers returns for store credit within 7 business days of receiving your order. We do not offer cash refunds on our orders. To be eligible for store credit the hair must be in its original packaging unopened.
Please note that if the correct item was received, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. We will not issue store credit until we have received the hair and it has been inspected and approved by a Urcrownhair’s Curls team member.
We will send out an email notifying you once the return has been processed.
If item has been tampered it is not eligible for a store credit. Items that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed or finger combed are not eligible for returns.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not returned in its original condition.
Make sure to check out our chart that lists each length to ensure you are picking the correct length for your desired look.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to process returns efficiently. Generally, your return may take up to 3 business days to fully process.

3. Caring For Your Curls
You can look at our hair care guide in the package you received.
Ideally you should be rewetting and detangling the hair at least once a week. Doing so will result in fewer tangles and keep your new curls manageable.
- Prewash. A prewash consists of putting your favorite detangling product then going in section by section and gently detangling with a brush or your fingers. (This step is optional)
- Step into the shower and soak the hair completely. Use either a gentle shampoo or co-wash to cleanse your hair of any product. If you decide to use a co-wash in your routine alternate every other wash with real shampoo. Shampoo twice if needed, but avoid overwashing the hair.
- Thoroughly rinse out co-wash/shampoo and apply your fav conditioner to your curls. Gently brush out your curls with a paddle brush. Part your hair into sections and detangle starting at your ends and working your way to the roots. We advise you to let your conditioner sit for about 5-10 mins.
- Drying. Once curls are fully detangled, cleansed, and conditioned. Add a light leave-in conditioner and gel for styling. To dry the hair either diffuse or air-dry.
Notice:
- As with any clip-in hair extensions, minimal hair fallout when wash the clip ins which is an expected occurence.
- Do not over-wash your hair, this will cause excessive drying and result in breakage and weakening of the curls. We recommend shampooing no more than once a week and only shampooing once during the washing process. Always with a gentle shampoo.
- Avoid use of oil on your curls. This will cause heavy buildup on the hair that can lead to limp curls and overwashing.
- Remember that curls have a natural frizz and tend to get bigger as the week progresses. Yes, you can control the frizz to a certain extent but not fully. Keep that in mind as you wear your curly extensions and try to embrace the boldness and freeness of your curls.
