Use the wider wefts through the back and crown, and the narrower pieces around the sides or wherever more precise placement is needed. One complete set is designed for a full-head look. Final fullness depends on your natural hair density, selected length, placement and styling preference.
Designed for 4B–4C blending
The Kinky texture complements tightly textured 4B–4C hair. For the most natural-looking blend, consider the curl pattern of the hair you leave out and how you plan to style it. Hair typing is a useful guide; individual patterns may vary.
Section your natural hair, attach the wefts with their clips, then blend your own hair over the tracks and attachment points. Adjust the number and placement of wefts to suit your chosen look. Gently separate and shape the texture with your fingers for your preferred fullness.

Flexible, Removable Placement
Choose a texture close to your natural hair or the style you plan to wear. Prepare your leave-out with a twist-out, braid-out, or roller set as needed, then blend it over the front edge. Gently separate and shape the hair with your fingers for your preferred fullness.
Understanding Length and Shrinkage
All listed lengths refer to the hair measured in its fully stretched state.

Apparent length varies with the curl pattern and styling. These measurements are a guide to the hair’s length, rather than a fixed indication of where it will fall on your body; weft placement also affects the finished look.
Wash, Style, and Make It Yours
The hair can be washed, conditioned, cut, shaped, twisted, braided, and restyled.
When using heat, apply heat protection and use the lowest effective temperature. Repeated high heat may permanently loosen the original curl or coil pattern.
Before Your First Wear
Inspect the color, texture, length and all 10 wefts before washing, installing, cutting or chemically altering the hair. We recommend a gentle co-wash before the first installation, followed by thorough drying.
Detangle gently in small sections, working from the ends upward. Condition regularly and shape the coils with your fingers. If using heat, apply heat protection and use the lowest effective temperature; repeated high heat can loosen the original texture.

Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders requiring additional payment verification may take up to 48 additional hours before processing.
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Free; estimated delivery within 5–12 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after shipment, for an additional fee. Email customerservice@urcrownhair.com before ordering to confirm availability and cost. Express Shipping is currently unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping estimates do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and holidays may affect delivery.
For a scheduled installation, allow time for both processing and shipping, plus a buffer for possible delays.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking & Delivery
Please check your shipping address before checkout and follow the tracking updates after shipment. A signature may be required, depending on the shipping service. If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.

Taxes & Import Charges
Import duties or customs fees, if applicable and not collected at checkout, are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about potential charges.
We've taken steps to help you avoid import duties. Based on our historical shipping data, over 98% of shipments have avoided these charges.
If you do get charged import duties, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review your case to see if the charges can be appealed and whether we can help cover the costs.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email customerservice@urcrownhair.com with your order number within 24 hours of purchase and before your order ships, whichever comes first. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if fewer than 24 hours have passed. You may request a return after delivery under the conditions below. The 24-hour limit does not apply to cancellation options offered because we cannot meet our stated shipping timeframe.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing customerservice@urcrownhair.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and your preferred replacement, if applicable.
You may open the shipping box and product bag to inspect the hair. Items must remain unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and unaltered, with all ties and any hygiene seals intact. Hair must not have been brushed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, or otherwise altered. Keep the original packaging.
Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Approved returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of approval. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.
Standard Returns
Customers pay the return shipping cost. For approved standard returns, we refund the price paid for the returned item. We do not deduct the original Standard Shipping cost or charge a restocking fee. Any Express Shipping fee paid is non-refundable for standard returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
We offer one exchange per eligible order, subject to availability. Items must meet the eligibility conditions above.
Before you send the item back, we will confirm any return and replacement shipping charges, price difference, and applicable restocking fee with you. These charges require your agreement before the exchange proceeds.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@urcrownhair.com with your order number and clear photos. Contact us before using or altering the item whenever possible.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 1 business day of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
